Just finished 8:45am with Bella! OMG where do I start? This gym is so clean! Sweat towel is provided upon check in, coffee is served complimentary, showers have high end quality product incluso face wash and cotton balls!
My class with Bella was amazing! She pushed me and added the weights when she saw that I was slacking lol Boxing part was my favorite and Bella made sure that I take a few seconds to reset and slow my heart rate down.
Highly recommend!!
